About Us
Ananta Learning Centre (ALC) is dedicated to providing quality education for its students. It was formed in early 2018 – a licensed Education Bureau center focused on supporting non-Chinese students of diverse ethnicities who struggle in local schools and need smaller class size guidance, Chinese language support and specific subject support. Free art classes were also provided and experiential events and outings to harness the students’ all rounded skills.
Ananta Diverse Learning Centre (ADLC) was formed in 2021 – dedicated to supporting non-Chinese students of diverse ethnicities and diverse needs. The students we support have a wide spectrum of challenges, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLD), and specific genetic disorders causing comorbidities of additional developmental delays. ADLC also runs the Ananta Playgroup program which focuses on early childhood training, early detection and early intervention.
Our Programs
At Ananta, there are courses for all students of different age ranges and abilities.
Ananta Playgroup
Ananta Playgroup classes help students in early childhood development, prepare toddlers for kindergarten and help parents with early intervention if their children are showing signs of developmental delays. Parent's are also guided to reinforce home learning and free workshops are provided to educate parents about the local kindergarten admission process.
Tutorial Classes
Ananta's tutorial classes are known for helping students not only with their daily assessment but also with examination revision, providing free revision classes. Qualified and educated tutors provide classes especially for learning Chinese. Free arts or dance class are also provided to enhance student's wellbeing.
Training for SEN students
Ananta's one on one training session for students with Special Educational Needs is designed according to the student's individual needs. The goal of the program is to equip SEN students with social & communication skills and educational practices to ease learning gap and development delays. The program also highlights the importance of parental training and incorporates home learning to enhance student's learning progress.
HKDSE PREP Classes
The HKDSE Prep classes are designed to help students to learn subjects they're struggling with in order to prepare better for the HKDSE examinations. Qualified tutors who are studying in related subjects and have received high grades in the HKDSE examination are selected to teach in small size classes with intimate sessions that helps students get deep insights into the subject.
